  • 2G Maths Shape Hunt

  • Year 2 visit the Cheltenham Literature Festival

    Year 2 enjoyed a trip to the Cheltenham Literature Festival on Friday 7th October. They heard Chris Haughton read some of his books and watched him demonstrate how he created the illustrations using torn pieces of paper. The children enjoyed applying their maths skills to help Chris think of animals that were a certain size and then he drew them live for them to see! Later that day, Year 2 witnessed the amazing story telling of Martin Maudsley and were astounded by his range of facial expressions and creative stories! They joined in with the actions and songs - see some of the photos!
